Itβs an accelerating trend with 56% of travellers looking to go off-grid this year and 52% of travellers are willing to book a trip where the destination remains a mystery until the moment they arrive, according to Booking.comβs 2024 travel predictions. Meanwhile, top tour operators, like Audley Travel and Black Tomato, have reported 25% of their clients now choose remote experiences, seeking to disconnect, push personal boundaries and gain new perspectives.
